"I have visited BOFIT in November -December 2015. It was amazing experience for me as a researcher. I was able not only to improve my research, learn more in different economic fields but also get feedback from BOFIT experts’ side. Open lectures/seminars that I took part during my visit were very interesting and gave me new ideas for my research work.
I am very grateful to the BOFIT experts and staff who were always ready to share their knowledge as well as help with administrative issues. Research experience that I got became the base for further research and developing study courses in such fields like FinTech, digital transformation and the role of cryptocurrencies in the modern monetary system. Moreover, I was able to get to know the culture and traditions of Finland through communication and attending cultural events. I am very pleased that the BOFIT Visiting Researcher Program exists and helps to promote modern economic research in different countries."
