Call for 2017 spring/summer term BOFIT Visiting Researchers Programme

​BOFIT Visiting Researchers scheme enables academics and researchers to spend a period of time conducting research at Bank of Finland Institute for Economies in Transition (BOFIT). BOFIT accepts applicants who can make a compelling case regarding how their presence and work will complement our research environment as well as enhance BOFIT’s research profile. Scholars focusing on the Russian or Chinese economy will be given priority. Joint projects as well as other interaction with regular BOFIT staff are highly appreciated. Research visits will normally run for between four to six weeks, but shorter visits for senior scholars may also be considered.

We now welcome applications for spring/summer 2017.

The deadline for the applications is 30 September 2016.

Applications (including cover letter, research plan and a short cv) should be sent to (zuzana.fungacova@bof.fi) by Friday 30 September.

The call for autumn/winter term 2017 will be open in spring 2017.
