BOFIT Ukraine statistics collates statistical data on the development of Ukraine’s economy, central government finances and money markets.
Data sources: Ukrstat, National Bank of Ukraine, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, CEIC and Macrobond. The data are updated once a month.
Data 2014-2021: The contribution of the illegally annexed territories of Sevastopol and Crimea have been corrected in the statistics. For the partly occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk since 2014, foreign trade statistics, industrial production, retail trade as well as consolidated budget statistics only include the parts of the regions that were under Ukrainian control during the period in question. Ukraine’s GDP figures include estimates based on historical data and administrative proxies to account for the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk fully.
Data since 2022: Data on the illegally occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson are temporarily unavailable and not included in the statistics.
